Important Notice Our slings are to be used only with vertical lift systems that use a sling lifting bar with 2-point attachment. The patient to be transferred must be assessed by a qualified professional before attempting to lift and transfer. Before using the sling, familiarize yourself with the proper method of sling attachment and lift operation found in the operator's manual provided with your lift system. Inspect the sling carefully before each use. If fraying, seam separation, or other damage is visible or suspected, dispose of it immediately and replace it with a new sling. Never exceed the weight limitations of your lift or sling, as serious harm to the patient or caregiver may result.

Privacy

SlingSupply.com has a strict privacy policy that applies to all information about you, our customer. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. We do not maintain records on the Internet once a transaction has been processed. We do not provide any information to third parties about our customers. Your personal information will not be used for any other reason than the one you intended.

Terms and Conditions

Terms Net 30 Days

Orders placed with a purchase order must be faxed or e-mailed to admin@wyeastmed.com. We will attempt to fill your order promptly and will notify you if your product is on back order.
Images on the Sling Supply website are meant for illustration purposes only and aim to provide a guide as to how the actual item will appear.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund at any time before the order has been shipped. However should a customer wish to cancel their order after it has been dispatched, the customer is liable for any delivery costs incurred.

Exchanges or Returns

Items must be returned at the customers expense in their original packaging and 15% of the refund value of returned goods will be charged. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of certain products where the products have been ‘unsealed’ .

In order to arrange a refund or exchange, you require a Return Authorization from a member of our staff. To obtain this, simply email seanc@wyeastmed.com you will receive a reply with a Return Authorization # that you will need to include on all subsequent correspondence. We will review and provide instructions on how to proceed with the product return.

Shortages or Damages

Customers are responsible for checking that all deliveries are complete and received in good order.

If there are any problems such as an order shortfall or product damage, a customer must make a note of any issues on the delivery note. Sling Supply will not accept liability for any goods being received as “unchecked” or “unexamined”. By signing the delivery note, a customer is accepting that they have received the whole order in good condition.
